The Muzzle Brake is a muzzle attachment that reduces recoil at the cost of drastically lowered accuracy. Very useful for weapons with high fire rates, but is a large disadvantage at long range engagements.


Mechanics

  • The Muzzle Brake will reduce the vertical recoil of the weapon, to which it is mounted, by 50%.
  • The major downsides to using the Muzzle Brake is that it alters the accuracy of the weapon by adding a huge aimcone and decreasing bullet velocity.

Trivia

  • Due to the Muzzle Brake being positioned on the end of the gun, it cannot be used in conjunction with a Muzzle Boost or a Silencer.
